Permissions
Manage Access Permissions for the team.
Proper access control is essential for security and efficiency. Managing permissions ensures that team members have the appropriate visibility into clusters and workspaces, preventing unauthorized access while maintaining collaboration where needed.
Changing permissions
You can change the visibility of team-wide clusters and workspaces by navigating to Organization Settings > User Management page in the dashboard. Scroll down to find the Permissions section.
When the Allow users to see all team workspaces and clusters
is checked, team-wide visibility is on, and all users can see team clusters and team workspaces. For example, on the Clusters page, you will see both the My Clusters
and the Team Clusters

If you un-check off the option, the team clusters and team workspaces will no longer be visible. For example, in the Clusters page, you will only see the My Clusters
tab:
Admins will not be able to see the workspaces and clusters of other users once this option is unchecked.
